Ian is a graduate of Johnson Wales Culinary Institute and was Chef/Owner of the Blackhawk Grille for more than 10 years. Ian spent the past 15 months at a local distributor in a similar role. Ian’s responsibilities include calling on resorts and country clubs around the state. In addition, he is Galaxy’s liaison with charitable organizations and events around the state, as well as setting up wine dinners.
