Grown at our Batuco Estate in the coastal mountains of Maule where sea breezes keep temperatures moderate during the entire growing season, the hand-picked grapes were fermented in small open-topped tanks and manually punched down during fermentation, and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Grown on our Batuco Estate, where cooler temperatures give the wine its blueberry notes, and on our Las Tizas Estate, where warmer temperatures add a jammier profile, the grapes are aged for 12 months in oak barrels and bottled with minimum filtration.
