While it is typically produced in a “brut” (dry) style, its fresh and fruity character preserved by the tank method of carbonation often makes it seem a bit sweeter than it is in reality. “Extra brut” styles incorporating higher levels of residual sugar are quite popular, however.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot comes from our Las Tizas and El Peral Estates. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in small stainless steel tanks and then aged in oak for 12 months before being bottled with minimal filtration.
Grown at our Batuco Estate in the coastal mountains of Maule where sea breezes keep temperatures moderate during the entire growing season, the hand-picked grapes were fermented in small open-topped tanks and manually punched down during fermentation, and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Grown on our Batuco Estate, where cooler temperatures give the wine its blueberry notes, and on our Las Tizas Estate, where warmer temperatures add a jammier profile, the grapes are aged for 12 months in oak barrels and bottled with minimum filtration.
The grapes are hand-picked from our El Peral Estate, where the growing season is long, dry and warm. The wine is fermented in small steel tanks, then undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for 12 months and is bottled with minimum filtration.
Bright ruby red color. Full-bodied, fresh, fruity, velvety. Aromas of red fruit, strawberry, violet and chocolate. Vigorous, attractive, forceful and elegant. Pair with white meat and soft cheese.
Intense violet color with aromas of cherry and ripe plum. Spiced, with mocha and blackberry hints. Gracefully sweet, with a persistent, delicate perfume and an elegant structure.
Deep ruby red color, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and black pepper. The palate intensity is complemented by the softness and sweetness of tannins. Full-bodied and well structured. Pair with grilled or broiled red meat, deer, hard cheese.
Bright greenish yellow color. Fruity aromas of ripe pineapple, peach, pear, and melon combined with notes of lime, tangerine, lemon verbena, lemongrass, spearmint, chamomile, and orange blossom. The palate has exceptionally well-balanced acidity, with a pleasant coating sensation and good persistence.
Beautiful ruby red color. Aromas of fresh, ripe fruits such as raspberry, cherry, and plum can be discerned in the rich nose, along with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, black olive, and cedar. On the palate, the firm yet elegant tannins bring structure and volume. A powerful, expressive wine with terrific freshness.
