Late Harvest is produced using a coupage of different varieties. These include the Furmint, whose acidity creates the perfect balance with the sweetness, while the Hárslevelű adds mellowness and a silky texture. The Kövérszőlő and Zéta increase the mellowness and fruitiness, along with the strength of the wine.
The production of the Aszú wine (wine of tears) is a meticulous process, which requires great patience and extensive know-how. It is only possible in good vintages, when nature brings rain at the end of the summer and sun and wind in early autumn, which are the essential conditions for the process for noble berries to from.
This wine's name comes from the old way of referring to the vineyard from where it comes. Mandolás is one of the Oremus vineyards and it is only planted with Furmint, the noblest variety of the region.

Oak Vineyards White Zinfandel is a pale salmon-pink, light-bodied, refreshing wine. Apricot, citrus, and orange blossom aromas transform into ripe nectarines, sweet tropical fruit, and fresh mandarin oranges, leaving light lingering floral notes on the palate.
The dark-maroon Merlot is a fruity, easy-to-drink wine. Aromas of plum with hints of coffee and dark chocolate build up to bold, fruity flavors of fresh cherries, ripe raspberries, and currant.
This light straw-colored Oak Vineyards Chardonnay expresses smokey aromatics with nuances of apple and lemon zest that continue onto the palate where they flourish into citrus, orange blossom, and smoked oak flavors until meeting a crisp, medium finish.
Oak Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon captures the very best qualities of this variety, with its hints of bell pepper and spice aromas. This wine is full-flavored and hearty yet soft on the palate with a smooth, long finish.
