Handpicked grapes are destemmed, crushed, & submitted to a 5-day cold soak to achieve maximum color extraction. After fermentation, 20% of the wine was aged in French oak for 8 months to sweeten & increase the complexity.
Marie de Beauregard Chinon is a beautiful garnet color with purple reflections. The nose is fruity with aromas of blackberry and cassis, perfectly blended with woody notes. The palate is well balanced with silky tannins elegantly bearing notes of stewed sweet spices, highlighted with a hint of vanilla.
Grapes are picked at maturity to obtain natural sugar for this semi-sweet wine. Bunches are pressed immediately to preserve freshness and a bright color.
Cabernet Franc has long been the favorite grape varietal of William Jarvis. He believes that it grows exceptionally well in the Napa Valley and is particularly suited to the Jarvis cool climate vineyards.
Jarhead Reserve is a limited-edition wine that is crafted as our finest expression of the vintage. The 2014 Jarhead Reserve offers heady aromas of plum, blueberry, cedar black tea and violets. The palate is smooth and rounded, presenting deep black fruit flavors with notes of cherry, mint and cinnamon spice.

Bright salmon pink in color with fine bubbles and a pleasant mousse. The fresh raspberry, red currant and peach on the nose is given structure on the palate with black currant and quince, earthy notes and fine herbal piquancy.
