Pinot Grigio is a new project for the winery, the first vintage being 2008. We were amazed by the quality achieved in a region not known for producing distinctive Pinot Grigio. A grilled almond nose which is very Puligny. Sesame oil on the palate, along with some citrus, too. Mostly pineapple fruit with a silky texture and a touch of salt on the finish.
